The invention relates to a self-adaptive steel wire rope deflection compensation device and hoisting equipment. The hoisting equipment comprises a plurality of steel wire ropes connected in parallel and the self-adaptive steel wire rope deflection compensation device connected between a small-deflection steel wire rope and a fixed foundation in series. The self-adaptive steel wire rope deflection compensation device comprises a first connecting plate, a second connecting plate, a guide bolt, a spring and an adjusting nut, the first connecting plate is connected with the steel wire rope, the second connecting plate is connected with the fixed foundation, and the guide bolt sequentially and vertically penetrates through the second connecting plate and the first connecting plate and is in threaded fit with the adjusting nut. The first connecting plate penetrates the guide bolt in a guiding mode, the guide bolt is sleeved with the spring, one end of the spring abuts against the adjusting nut, and the other end of the spring abuts against the first connecting plate. According to the self-adaptive steel wire rope deflection compensation device and the hoisting equipment, the deflection of the steel wire rope is adaptively compensated by adopting a floating telescopic structure, so that the hoisting tool hoisted on the parallel steel wire ropes with different deflections under different load conditions can be always kept horizontal.

    本发明涉及一种自适应钢丝绳挠度补偿装置及起吊设备,起吊设备包括多根并联的钢丝绳和串联在小挠度钢丝绳与固定基础之间的自适应钢丝绳挠度补偿装置;自适应钢丝绳挠度补偿装置包括第一连接板、第二连接板、导向螺栓、弹簧及调节螺母,第一连接板与钢丝绳连接,第二连接板与固定基础连接,导向螺栓依次垂直穿过第二连接板和第一连接板并与调节螺母螺纹配合,第一连接板导向穿装在导向螺栓上,弹簧套设导向螺栓上,弹簧的一端顶压调节螺母,另一端顶压第一连接板。本发明的自适应钢丝绳挠度补偿装置及起吊设备采用浮动伸缩结构来适应性地补偿钢丝绳的挠度,进而保证在不同负载情况下并联的不同挠度的钢丝绳上吊装的吊具能始终保持水平。
