The invention provides an electromagnetic ultrasonic steel rail flaw detection device adopting a butterfly coil and a coding excitation technology. The electromagnetic ultrasonic steel rail flaw detection device comprises steel rail wheels, a vehicle body, an electronic system, an EMAT probe and a display, the steel rail wheels are arranged below the vehicle body, the EMAT probe comprises a surface wave probe and a bulk wave probe, the electronic system transmits surface wave pulses to the surface wave probe and transmits the bulk wave pulses to the bulk wave probe, the surface wave probe excites surface waves propagating along the surface of a steel rail tread, surface wave echoes are obtained when damage is detected, and the surface wave echoes are transmitted to the electronic system; the body wave probe excites a body wave which is propagated downwards towards the vertical tread surface in the steel rail, a body wave echo is obtained when damage is detected and is transmitted to the electronic system, and the electronic system obtains a flaw detection result and transmits the flaw detection result to the display; the display is used for displaying flaw detection results. The device can adapt to lift-off distance requirements of different working condition requirements, does not need to use a coupling agent, can realize non-contact detection of the steel rail, and can obtain a more accurate flaw detection result.

    本发明提出采用蝶形线圈和编码激励技术的电磁超声钢轨探伤装置,包括钢轨轮、车体、电子系统、EMAT探头和显示器;钢轨轮设置于车体下方,EMAT探头包括表面波探头和体波探头,电子系统将表面波脉冲传输给表面波探头,将体波脉冲传输给体波探头,表面波探头激发出沿钢轨踏面表面传播的表面波,检测到损伤时得到表面波回波,并传输给电子系统,体波探头激发出向钢轨内部垂直踏面向下传播的体波,检测到损伤时得到体波回波,并传输给电子系统,电子系统得到探伤结果,并将探伤结果传输给显示器;显示器用于显示探伤结果。本发明能够适应不同工况需求的提离距离要求,无需使用耦合剂,可实现钢轨的非接触式检测,能够得到更加准确的探伤结果。
