The invention relates to the technical field of steel rail flaw detection, in particular to a steel rail flaw detection device based on an ultrasonic transmission principle, which is characterized in that a console is arranged above a driving vehicle, two sliding shoes are respectively arranged on two sides of the driving vehicle, an isolation shell is arranged on one side of the console, and a noise removal box is arranged in the isolation shell; the noise removal box comprises a conduction box body, a connecting wire, a transmission antenna and a grounding unit, the transmission antenna is located in the conduction box body, one end of the connecting wire is electrically connected with the console, the other end of the connecting wire is electrically connected with the transmission antenna, and the grounding unit is located on one side of the conduction box body. The energy radiated from a control box is coupled to thetransmission antenna, then is transmitted to the grounding unit through the conduction box body and is eliminated after being guided into the ground, so that the influence of electronic equipment in the control box on ultrasonic detection is reduced.

    本发明涉及钢轨探伤技术领域,具体涉及一种基于超声波传递原理的钢轨探伤装置,控制台设置于驱动车的上方,两个滑靴分别设置于驱动车的两侧,隔离外壳设置于控制台的一侧,除噪箱设置于隔离外壳的内部;除噪箱包括传导箱体、连接线、传输天线和接地单元,传输天线位于传导箱体的内部,连接线的一端与控制台电性连接,连接线的另一端与传输天线电性连接,接地单元位于传导箱体的一侧,通过将控制箱内辐射出来的能量耦合至传输天线,再通过传导箱体将电流传输至接地单元,导入地下后被消除,从而降低了控制箱内电子设备对超声波探测的影响。
