The invention discloses a track ultrasonic flaw detection system and a track ultrasonic flaw detection method. The track ultrasonic flaw detection system comprises a locomotive, an ultrasonic flaw detection device, a water tank, a sensor and a controller; the ultrasonic flaw detection device comprises an ultrasonic flaw detection sensor, and the water tank supplies water through a pipeline with awater control valve; the sensors are set to measure the following parameters: the speed of the locomotive and the distance between the ultrasonic flaw detection sensor and the steel rail; the controller is arranged to control the opening degree of the water control valve according to the parameters so that the water outlet amount of the water tank can meet the detection requirement. The track ultrasonic flaw detection method comprises the following steps: detecting data; calculating the opening degree according to the data; and controlling the changing of the opening degree. The invention relates to the field of rail maintenance, and provides a rail ultrasonic flaw detection system and a rail ultrasonic flaw detection method. The method adjusts the water yield of a water control valve by utilizing speed feedback and distance feedback, thereby changing the total amount of water media between the water control valve and a steel rail, ensuring uniform and sufficient filling, and further ensuring continuous and effective measurement results of ultrasonic flaw detection.

    本发明公开了一种轨道超声探伤系统及轨道超声探伤方法,轨道超声探伤系统包括机车,以及超声探伤装置、水箱、传感器和控制器,超声探伤装置包括超声探伤传感器,水箱通过带有控水阀的管道供水,传感器设置为测量以下参数:机车的速度、超声探伤传感器与钢轨之间的间距;控制器设置为根据参数控制控水阀的开度以使水箱的出水量满足检测需求。该轨道超声探伤方法包括:检测数据;根据数据计算开度;控制变更开度。本发明涉及轨道检修领域,提供了一种轨道超声探伤系统及轨道超声探伤方法,可利用速度反馈和距离反馈调整控水阀的出水量,从而改变其与钢轨之间的水介质的总量,保证填充均匀充分,进而确保超声探伤的测量结果连续有效。
