The invention relates to a steel rail flaw detection trolley, a steel rail flaw detection locomotive and a noise reduction method for steel rail flaw detection. The steel rail flaw detection trolley comprises a trolley main body, wheels, a flaw detection device and a water spraying device. The flaw detection device comprises a transmission wheel, a winding transmission belt and a probe; the probe is mounted on the inner side of the transmission belt; the water spraying device is communicated with a water source and sprays water to the wheels and the transmission wheel. According to the running direction of the steel rail flaw detection locomotive, the water spraying device is controlled to spray water to the forward wheels and the transmission wheel, the contact friction between the wheels and bogie wheels and a steel rail is reduced, interference of rim noise on steel rail flaw detection is reduced, and the steel rail flaw detection rate is increased. Moreover, in the process that the water spraying device sprays water to the transmission wheel, the water can also enter the space between the transmission belt and the steel rail and enter and be stored on the inner side of the transmission belt, so that the probe is in good contact with the steel rail, that is, an air gap between the probe and the steel rail is eliminated, and coupling flaw detection can be better performed on the steel rail, and the accuracy and reliability of steel rail flaw detection are improved.

    本发明涉及一种钢轨探伤小车、钢轨探伤机车及钢轨探伤用降噪方法。钢轨探伤小车包括小车主体、车轮、探伤装置及喷水装置。探伤装置包括传动轮、绕传动带及探头,探头安装于传动带的内侧。喷水装置连通水源,用于向车轮及传动轮喷水。根据钢轨探伤机车运行方向,控制喷水装置向前向的车轮及传动轮喷水,降低车轮及转向架轮与钢轨接触的摩擦力,减少轮缘噪声对钢轨伤损检测的干扰,提高钢轨伤损检测率。并且,喷水装置向传动轮喷水的过程中,水也会进入传动带与钢轨之间,以及进入并储存在传动带的内侧,使得探头与钢轨之间接触良好,即消除探头与钢轨之间的气隙,如此能够更好地对钢轨进行耦合探伤,提高钢轨伤损检测的准确性及可靠性。
