The invention discloses a rail-land double-advancing type mining inspection robot which comprises an inspection robot body, a rail, a control terminal and a plurality of switching platforms. The inspection robot comprises a mounting frame, a first controller in communication connection with the control terminal, a track advancing assembly, a ground advancing assembly and a mining detection assembly, wherein the ground advancing assembly is matched with the track advancing assembly and the switching platform to enable the inspection robot to enter or be separated from a track and can advance on the ground. The inspection robot can automatically go up and down the track through the lifting assembly and the switching platforms, switching of advancing modes is completed, the inspection robot can conveniently and rapidly reach the complex position in a mining area to conduct inspection, and when the track slips, the inspection robot can automatically return to the previous switching platform to advance in a ground advancing mode; and after passing through a slipping road section, the vehicle can enter the track again to advance forwards.
