The invention discloses a climbing auxiliary device for a mining rail-mounted tour inspection robot. The device includes a pressing wheel used for installation on a robot rack and used in cooperationwith robot walking wheels, and an adjusting apparatus for adjusting the pressing wheel. The adjusting apparatus enables the pressing wheel to be close to the rail and pressed at the bottom of a rail wing plate when the robot climbs or descends, and enables the pressing wheel to be far away from the rail so as to release the pressing force to the bottom of the rail wing plate when the robot walks horizontally. According to the climbing auxiliary device, a positive pressure, pressed on the rail, of the walking wheels can be changed in a self-adaptive mode according to the walking road conditionof the robot, when the robot climbs or goes downhill, the friction force between the walking wheels and the rail can be increased through the pressing wheel, the driving force output of the robot is improved, and the climbing or downhill performance of the tour inspection robot is improved; when the robot walks on the horizontal section of the rail, the pressing wheel is far away from the rail, the positive pressure of the walking wheels pressing the rail wing plate is reduced, the walking friction resistance and energy consumption of the robot are reduced, and the endurance mileage of the robot is increased.

    本发明公开了一种矿用轨道式巡检机器人爬坡辅助装置,包括用于安装于机器人机架上与机器人行走轮配套使用的压紧轮以及用于调节压紧轮的调节装置,所述调节装置在机器人爬坡或下坡时使压紧轮靠近轨道并压紧于轨道翼板底部,在机器人水平行走时使压紧轮远离轨道以解除对轨道翼板底部的压紧力;本发明爬坡辅助装置可依据机器人行走的路况自适应改变行走轮的压于轨道的正压力,当机器人爬坡或下坡时,通过压紧轮可增大行走轮与轨道的摩擦力,提高机器人的驱动力输出,提升巡检机器人爬坡或下坡性能;当机器人在轨道水平段行走时,压紧轮远离轨道,减小行走轮压于轨道翼板的正压力,降低机器人行走的摩擦阻力和能耗,有助于增加机器人续航里程。
