The invention provides an automatic parking method and device and intelligent driving equipment. The method comprises the steps that information of a plurality of parking areas is acquired; acquiring a relative position relationship between the vehicle and each parking area in the plurality of parking areas; determining a difficulty coefficient of parking the vehicle in each parking area according to the relative position relationship; and determining a first parking area as a target parking area according to the relative position relationship and the difficulty coefficient, wherein the plurality of parking areas comprise the first parking area. The method can be applied to automatic driving vehicles such as intelligent vehicles and electric vehicles, and the intelligent degree and the humanization degree of the vehicles in the automatic parking process can be improved.
