The invention discloses a wheel type walking humanoid material carrying robot which comprises seven parts including a wheel type walking mechanism, an upper body supporting mechanism, a head system, an arm mechanism, a gripper mechanism, a carrying platform and a control system, and the wheel type walking mechanism comprises tires, a servo motor, a walking frame, a vehicle body protection cover and the like. The robot moves in the space; wherein the upper body supporting mechanism (body), the head system, the arm mechanism and the gripper mechanism jointly form the upper half part of the wheel type walking humanoid robot, the upper half body function of a human body is simulated, and tasks such as environment observation, object recognition, material carrying and tool operation are carried out; wherein the carrying platform is an optional part of the robot, can be mounted and dismounted at any time and is used for enhancing the carrying capacity of the robot. The bionic mechanism simulating the function of the upper part of the human body is selected, the action flexibility of the robot is enhanced, the robot can replace human to operate tools and carry materials in a severe and long-time working environment, the wheel type walking mechanism which is high in bearing capacity and flexible and stable in movement is selected, the mechanism complexity is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved. The method can be widely applied to the fields of intelligent factories, warehouse logistics and the like.

    本发明公开了一种轮式行走仿人形物料搬运机器人,该机器人包括轮式行走机构、上身支撑机构、头部系统、手臂机构、手爪机构、运载平台和控制系统七个部分,其中轮式行走机构包含轮胎、伺服电机、行走车架、车身保护罩等部分构成,负责机器人在空间当中的移动;其中上身支撑机构(身体)、头部系统、手臂机构、手爪机构共同组成轮式行走仿人形机器人的上半部分,模拟人类的上半身功能,进行环境观察、物体识别、物料搬运、工具操作等任务;其中运载平台为机器人可选部分,可以随时安装和卸掉,用于增强机器人运载能力。本发明选用模拟人体上半身功能的仿生机构,增强机器人的动作灵活性,能够在恶劣和长时间工作环境下代替人类操作工具和物料搬运,选用承载能力强、移动灵活稳定的轮式行走机构,降低机构复杂度,可广泛应用于智能工厂、仓储物流等领域。
