An input push rod and an output push rod are arranged on the two sides of the interior of the ball screw respectively, a push rod base is arranged on the portion, extending to the ball screw, of the output push rod, a return spring is arranged at the outer end of the push rod base, a rear shell is arranged outside the return spring, and a main cylinder and an oil can are arranged at the tail end of the rear shell. The rotor part is provided with a rotation angle sensor, and an external motor housing of the motor is provided with a controller ECU. According to the invention, the main body adopts motor stator rotor and ball screw transmission, and two bearings are used for supporting, so that middle mechanical parts are omitted, and the working efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种用于新型电动制动助力系统的高承载传动结构,包括电机,所述电机包括定子部分和转子部分,转子部分的内部设置有丝杠螺母,所述丝杠螺母的两端分别设置有轴承一、轴承二,所述丝杠螺母的内部设置有滚珠丝杠,滚珠丝杠的内部两侧分别设置有输入推杆和输出推杆,所述输出推杆上延伸于滚珠丝杠的部分设置有推杆底座,所述推杆底座的外端设置有回位弹簧,所述回位弹簧的外部设置有后壳,所述后壳的末端设置有主缸和油壶,所述转子部分上设置有转角传感器,所述电机的外部电机壳体上设置有控制器ECU。本发明主体采用电机定子转子+滚珠丝杠传动,通过两个轴承支承形式,省去了中间的机械零件,提高了工作效率。
