The invention provides a brake boosting device and an automobile brake boosting system. The brake power assisting device comprises a shell and a power assisting device, wherein the shell comprises a first side and a second side which are opposite to each other; the driving rod extends into the shell from the first side of the shell, and the driving rod receives braking force and braking assisting force; a guide disk coupled with the drive rod so as to move axially in the housing together with the drive rod; the brake power assisting device further comprises a guide support, the guide support comprises a side wall located on the radial outer side of the guide disc, the side wall defines one or more guide grooves, and the periphery of the guide disc comprises sliding pieces matched in the guide grooves of the guide support.
