The invention discloses a novel electric brake boosting system which comprises an outer shell, a movable cavity is formed in one end of the outer shell, a piston is movably arranged in the movable cavity, a first push rod is arranged on the piston, a pedal is arranged at one end of the first push rod, and a stroke sensor is arranged at the end, close to the pedal, of the first push rod. A first spring is arranged on one side of the piston, a simulation cavity is further formed in the upper end of the outer shell, and a damping block and a second spring are arranged in the simulation cavity. By arranging the movable cavity, the piston, the first push rod, the pedal, the simulation cavity, the damping block, the first spring and the oil loop, hydraulic foot feeling simulation is formed, meanwhile, the stroke sensor is arranged on the first push rod to become a front sensor, the first push rod and the second push rod are disconnected, the second push rod penetrates through the action disc base, and the novel electronic hydraulic braking system is compact in structure, reduces noise and improves the braking efficiency. The brake performance is improved, a vacuum booster is not needed, and better foot feeling is provided.

    本发明公开了一种新型的电动制动助力系统,包括外壳体,所述外壳体一端内部设置有活动腔,所述活动腔内活动设置有活塞,所述活塞上设置有推杆一,所述推杆一的一端设置有踏板,所述推杆一靠近踏板的一端设置有行程传感器,所述活塞的一侧设置有弹簧一,所述外壳体的上端内部还设置有模拟腔,所述模拟腔内设置有阻尼块和弹簧二。本发明通过设置活动腔、活塞、推杆一、踏板、模拟腔、阻尼块、弹簧一和油回路,形成液压脚感模拟,同时在推杆一上设置行程传感器成为传感器前置,推杆一和推杆二断开,推杆二穿过作用盘底座,这种新型的电子液压制动系统结构紧凑,减小噪音,改善了制动性能,不需要真空助力器,提供更好的脚感。
