The invention discloses a novel foot feeling simulator of an electric brake power-assisted system, which comprises a device main body, a main cylinder is embedded and fixed on one side of the device main body, an input push rod is movably inserted on one side of the device main body, a motor is embedded and fixed at the top end in the device main body, a transmission module is arranged at the output end of the motor, and an output push rod is movably inserted in the device main body. A displacement sensor is fixed to the bottom end of the device body, and a magnet is movably clamped in the device body. A driver steps on the brake pedal to push the first pressing plate to compress the small spring through the input push rod, at the moment, the pushing stroke is short, and the needed pressure is small; when the pushing stroke is lengthened and the small spring continues to be compressed to a certain degree, the first pressing plate makes contact with the second pressing plate, the small spring is not compressed any more, the residual pushing force and the compression stroke are all distributed to the large spring, and the needed pushing force is increased so that a driver can have a larger braking force foot feeling.

    本发明公开了一种新型的电动制动助力系统的脚感模拟器,包括装置主体,装置主体一侧镶嵌固定有主缸,装置主体一侧活动穿插有输入推杆,装置主体内部顶端镶嵌固定有电机,电机输出端有传动模块,装置主体内部活动穿插有输出推杆,装置主体底端固定有位移传感器,装置主体内部活动卡接有磁体。本发明驾驶员踩下制动踏板通过输入推杆推动第一压板压缩小弹簧,此时推动行程较短,所需压力较小;当推动行程加长时小弹簧继续压缩到一定程度时,第一压板与第二压板接触,小弹簧不在压缩,剩余推力和压缩行程全部分配到大弹簧上,所需推力增大以提供驾驶员更大的制动力脚感。
