The invention discloses a brake pedal feeling simulator and an automobile. The brake pedal feeling simulator comprises a propulsion damping assembly and a return damping assembly. When the brake pedalis in a stressed state, the propulsion damping assembly deforms under the pressure effect of oil, the flow speed of the oil flowing from the propulsion through hole to the first cavity of the secondcavity can be decreased, and the push rod is prevented from propelling towards the inner cavity of the cylinder body at the same time through the elastic force of the return spring and the damping force of the propulsion damping assembly; when the brake pedal is in a non-stressed state; the return damping assembly deforms under the pressure action of oil; therefore, the flow velocity of oil flowing from the propulsion through hole to the second cavity in the first cavity is reduced; damping force generated by the return damping assembly limits the push rod to be reset rapidly under the elasticforce effect of the return spring, the brake pedal feeling simulator of the structure is better in stability in the using process, and the automobile can better simulate the assistance effect broughtby real connection of a traditional vacuum booster and a main cylinder.
