The invention discloses an electronic brake booster pedal feeling simulator, and relates to the field of brake simulation. The simulator comprises a U-shaped frame, an input rod, a pressing plate, anupper cover, a large spring, a small spring, a spring base and a push rod, the upper cover is provided with a through hole for the push rod to extend out and is connected with an external stroke sensor, a large spring mounting groove is formed along the periphery of the through hole, sliding grooves are arranged on the two sides of the upper cover, one end of the U-shaped frame is connected with avehicle pedal, and the other end of the U-shaped frame is fixed to the input rod. One end of the input rod has a ball head extending into a blind hole opened at the other end of the push rod; the input rod is fixed on the pressing plate, and the pressing plate slides along the sliding grooves through the sliding shaft; the spring base sleeves on the push rod, the large spring abuts against the large spring installation groove and the outer wall of the spring base, and the small spring abuts against the inner wall of the spring base and the pressing plate. When the vehicle pedal is stepped on,the small spring and the large spring are compressed in sequence to form a pedal feeling with two sections of linear feedback force. The mounting space on the vehicle is fully utilized, the internalspace of the product is reduced, and the size of the product is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种电子制动助力器踏板感模拟器,涉及制动模拟领域,包括U形架、输入杆、压板、上盖、大弹簧、小弹簧、弹簧座和推杆,上盖开有通孔供推杆伸出并连接外部行程传感器,沿通孔外周开设大弹簧安装槽,上盖两侧设有滑槽;U形架一端与车辆踏板连接,另一端固定在输入杆上,输入杆的一端具有球头伸入推杆另一端开设的盲孔内;输入杆固定在压板上,压板通过滑动轴沿滑槽滑动;弹簧座套装在推杆上,大弹簧顶在大弹簧安装槽和弹簧座外壁上,小弹簧顶在弹簧座内壁和压板上;车辆踏板踩下时,依次压缩小弹簧和大弹簧从而形成具有两段线性反馈力的踏板感。本发明充分利用了车辆上的安装空间,减少了产品内部空间,缩减了产品的体积。
