The invention discloses a novel foot feeling simulation and motor direct drive arrangement brake boosting system which comprises an outer shell, a movable cavity is formed in one end of the outer shell, a piston is movably arranged in the movable cavity, a first push rod is arranged on the piston, a pedal is arranged at one end of the first push rod, and a second push rod is arranged at the other end of the first push rod. A stroke sensor is arranged at the end, close to the pedal, of the first push rod, a first spring is arranged on one side of the piston, and a simulation cavity is further formed in the upper end of the outer shell. The foot feeling simulation part is arranged in the outer shell, the motor rotor and the motor stator are both installed in the outer shell, the one-way valve and the normally-open solenoid valve are arranged in the shell and connected through an oil circuit, space is saved, the integration degree is high, the small size is easy to achieve, whole vehicle arrangement is convenient, and the achieved mechanical backup function is achieved; in the process, pedal force loss is small, and the implementation mode is reliable.

    本发明公开了一种新型脚感模拟及电机直驱布置的制动助力系统,包括外壳体,所述外壳体一端内部设置有活动腔,所述活动腔内活动设置有活塞,所述活塞上设置有推杆一,所述推杆一的一端设置有踏板,所述推杆一靠近踏板的一端设置有行程传感器,所述活塞的一侧设置有弹簧一,所述外壳体的上端内部还设置有模拟腔。本发明脚感模拟部分设置在外壳体内部,同时电机转子和定子均安装在外壳体内部,单向阀及常开电磁阀设置在壳体内,用油路连接,节省空间,集成度高,易于实现小体积,便于整车布置,所实现的机械备份功能,推杆可以直接推动主缸,此过程踏板力损耗较小且实现方式可靠。
