The invention belongs to the technical field of electric power inspection, and provides an air-ground integrated inspection robot which comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle body, a mounting pod is arranged at the bottom of the unmanned aerial vehicle body, a monitoring camera is arranged on the front portion of the mounting pod, and a main telescopic mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the mounting pod; the upper moving support frame comprises an upper clutch block and a constraint connecting rod, and a mechanical arm mounting seat is arranged on the upper clutch block; the lower fixed embracing ring comprises a lower clutch block and a clamping embracing ring arranged on the front portion of the lower clutch block, the lower clutch block is movably connected to the bottom of the upper clutch block, the constraint connecting rod rotates and is connected to the top of the clamping embracing ring in a lifting mode, and the lower fixed embracing ring clamps a wire rod through the clamping embracing ring and supports the upper movable supporting frame; the monitoring camera is an image recognition camera, and a controller is embedded in the installation pod. Through the lower fixed embracing ring and the upper movable supporting frame which are movably connected, the unmanned aerial vehicle body can move upwards along the line pole so as to carry out image acquisition and accurate operation on a target, frequent positioning operation is avoided, and the unmanned aerial vehicle is prevented from colliding with the line pole.
