The invention provides an air-ground amphibious inspection robot which comprises an aircraft and a robot, a sensing system for inspection is arranged on a main body of the aircraft, and the sensing system is used for sensing the running state of inspected ground equipment; an operation platform is arranged on the upper end face of the robot and used for parking and fixing the aircraft. Meanwhile, the invention further provides a separation, combination and land inspection method. By means of the air-ground amphibious inspection robot and the separation, combination and land inspection method thereof, daily inspection of a metal smelting multi-layer complex structure factory area is achieved, the unmanned aerial vehicle is adopted for skip-layer inspection, inspection of high-layer equipment and valves is achieved, the ground mobile robot is adopted for inspection of multiple devices such as a feeding pump and a motor on the ground layer, and the inspection efficiency is improved. The system effectively solves the problems of incapability of continuous inspection and inaccurate docking in the prior art, and has wide application prospects in the fields of factory intelligent inspection and the like.

    本发明提供了一种陆空两栖巡检机器人,包括飞行器和机器人,在所述飞行器的主体上设置有用于巡检的感知系统,所述感知系统用于感应所巡检的地面设备的运行状态;在所述机器人的上端面上设置有操作平台,所述操作平台用于停放和固定所述飞行器。同时,还提供其分离、组合、陆地巡检的方法。利用上述陆空两栖巡检机器人及其分离、组合、陆地巡检的方法,实现了金属冶炼多层复杂结构厂区的日常巡检,采用了无人机进行跃层巡检,实现了高层设备及阀门的巡检,采用地面移动机器人对地面层的给料泵、电机等多种设备进行巡检,有效解决了现有技术中无法连续巡检、对接不准的问题,在厂区智能巡检等领域有着广泛的应用前景。
