An omnidirectional mobile inspection robot based on a spiral driving structure comprises a first driving unit module, a second driving unit module, a third driving unit module, a fourth driving unit module and a robot body. The cross section of the robot body is of a rectangular structure, and the four ends of the robot body are fixedly connected with the first driving unit module, the second driving unit module, the third driving unit module and the fourth driving unit module correspondingly, so that the robot can stably and completely move in all directions on the road surface.
