The robot comprises a plurality of side beams and a plurality of cross beams, a first connecting block is fixedly connected between the plurality of side beams and the plurality of cross beams, one side of each cross beam is fixedly connected with two second connecting blocks, first stand columns are fixedly connected with the other sides of the two second connecting blocks, two second fixing blocks are fixedly connected with the other sides of the two cross beams, a second connecting beam is fixedly connected with the other sides of the second fixing blocks, a corner hinge is fixedly connected with one side of the second connecting beam, the other side of the corner hinge is fixedly connected with a motor fixing frame, the top of the motor fixing frame is fixedly connected with a direct-current gear motor, and one end of an output shaft of the direct-current gear motor is fixedly connected with a coupler. The motor shaft of the direct-current gear motor can be prevented from being damaged by a large load or bumping on a rugged ground, and the service life of the mobile robot is prolonged.

    本发明涉及移动机器人技术领域,且公开了一种具有简易悬架的全向式移动机器人,包括多个侧梁和多个横梁,多个所述侧梁和多个横梁之间固定连接有第一连接块,每个横梁的一侧固定连接有两个第二连接块,且两个第二连接块的另一侧均固定连接有第一立柱,其中两个所述横梁的另一侧固定连接有两个第二固定块,第二固定块的另一侧固定连接有第二连接梁,第二连接梁的一侧固定连接有转角合页,转角合页的另一侧固定连接有电机固定架,所述电机固定架的顶部固定连接有直流减速电机,直流减速电机输出轴的一端固定连接联轴器。本发明可以防止直流减速电机因为较大负载或崎岖地面的颠簸损坏电机轴,提高移动机器人的使用寿命。
