The invention provides an omni-directional mobile robot device adsorbed on the wall surface to move in all directions. The omni-directional mobile robot device is characterized in that the device comprises a frame body, a plurality of adsorbing units and a plurality of walking wheel mechanisms, wherein the frame body comprises a lower surface and an upper surface; the lower surface is close to the wall surface; the upper surface is far away from the wall surface; the plurality of adsorbing units are fixed on the lower surface and can be adsorbed on the wall surface; the plurality of walking wheel mechanisms are axisymmetrically arranged at the edge of the upper layer in pairs. Each walking wheel mechanism comprises a wheel carrier, a wheel hub, a plurality of rollers and a motor, wherein the wheel carrier is arranged at the edge of the upper surface; the wheel hub connected with the upper surface is fixed on the wheel carrier; the plurality of rollers are arranged on the circumference of the wheel hub at a preset angle; and the wheel hub is driven by the motor to rotate.
