The invention provides a power-interruption-free gear shifting control method for a P4 configuration hybrid power vehicle. The power-interruption-free gear shifting control method aims at solving the problem of power interruption in the gear shifting process of a P4 hybrid power system. The control method comprises the following steps: S1, selecting a working mode permitted by power-interruption-free gear shifting control; s2, judging gear shifting control conditions without power interruption; s3, the torque compensation amount of the motor in the gear shifting process is calculated; and S4, determining a motor torque compensation variation amplitude limiting threshold. According to the method, the phenomenon of system power interruption in the gear shifting process of the P4 hybrid power vehicle can be effectively eliminated, so that the smoothness and the dynamic property of vehicle driving are improved, and the vehicle is promoted to further depend on a motor to carry out power driving and compensation in the driving process; therefore, it is guaranteed that more energy storage space exists in the power battery to be used for potential next-time braking recovery, the characteristic of power redundant drive of the P4 hybrid power vehicle is brought into full play, and the comprehensive quality of the P4 hybrid power vehicle is improved.

    本发明提供一种面向P4构型混合动力车辆无动力中断换挡控制方法,旨在克服P4混合动力系统换挡过程动力中断问题。所述控制方法包括以下步骤:S1、选择无动力中断换挡控制许用的工作模式;S2、进行无动力中断换挡控制条件判断;S3、计算换挡过程电机转矩补偿量;S4、确定电机转矩补偿变化量限幅阈值。本发明能够有效消除P4混合动力车辆换挡过程中的系统动力中断现象,进而提升车辆行驶的平顺性以及动力性,所述方法促使车辆在行驶过程中进一步依靠电机进行动力驱动与补偿,进而保障动力电池存在更多的储能空间以用于潜在的下一次制动回收,充分发挥P4混合动力车辆动力冗余驱动的特点,提升P4混合动力车辆综合品质。
