The invention provides a series-parallel hybrid power gear shifting system of a commercial vehicle and a gear shifting control method. The series-parallel hybrid power gear shifting system comprises an electric drive axle gear shifting unit, a gearbox gear shifting unit, a first torque transmission unit and a second torque transmission unit. The electric drive axle gear shifting unit judges whether gear shifting is needed or not according to the obtained vehicle operation parameters, and electric drive axle gear shifting operation is executed when gear shifting is needed; whether power is interrupted or not during gear shifting is controlled through the first torque transmission unit; the gearbox gear shifting unit judges whether gear shifting is needed or not and calculates the optimal gearbox gear according to the obtained vehicle operation parameters; when gear shifting is needed, it is determined that a clutch is disengaged for speed regulation operation, and gearbox gear shifting operation is executed; and whether power is interrupted or not during gear shifting is controlled through the second torque transmission unit. Based on the system, the invention further provides a series-parallel hybrid power gear shifting control method of the commercial vehicle, the gear shifting smoothness of the series-parallel hybrid power system of the multi-shaft drive commercial vehicle is improved, and the oil saving rate of the system is improved.

    本发明提出了一种商用车的串并联混合动力换挡系统和换挡控制方法,该系统包括:电驱桥换挡单元、变速箱换挡单元、第一扭矩传递单元和第二扭矩传递单元;电驱桥换挡单元根据获取的车辆运行参数,判断是否需要换挡,在需要换挡时执行电驱桥换挡操作;通过第一扭矩传递单元控制在换挡时动力是否中断;变速箱换挡单元根据获取的车辆运行参数,判断是否需要换挡以及计算出最优变速器档位;在需要换挡时,确定离合器脱开进行调速操作,执行变速箱换挡操作;通过第二扭矩传递单元控制在换挡时动力是否中断。基于该系统,还提出了一种商用车的串并联混合动力换挡控制方法,本发明提升多轴驱动商用车串并联混合动力系统换挡平顺性,提升系统的节油率。
