The invention discloses a commercial vehicle AMT auxiliary box gear shifting control method, an auxiliary box gear shifting system and a commercial vehicle. The shifting control method for the AMT auxiliary box of the commercial vehicle comprises the following steps of: completing high and low gear switching; the position of the synchronizer is obtained in real time, and the number of times that the position of the synchronizer changes is recorded; determining a working mode according to the position and frequency of the synchronizer; the auxiliary box gear shifting system is controlled to operate according to the determined working mode; in the first working mode, the air pressure in the air cavity is kept the same as the external air pressure; in the second working mode, air is supplemented into the first air cavity and/or the second air cavity, and the piston is driven to move to the corresponding set position; stopping air supply and adjusting the air pressure of the air cavity to be the same as the external air pressure; in the third working mode, air is supplemented into the first air cavity and/or the second air cavity, and the piston is driven to move to the corresponding set position; and the air pressure states of the first air cavity and the second air cavity are kept. The risk that after high and low gears are switched, the synchronizer still partially disengages from the gear shifting combination gear of the gear shifting gear can be avoided.

    本发明公开了商用车AMT副箱换挡控制方法、副箱换挡系统及商用车。该商用车AMT副箱换挡控制方法:完成高低挡切换后;实时获取同步器的位置,并记录同步器的位置发生变化的次数;依据同步器的位置和次数确定工作模式;依据确定的工作模式控制副箱换挡系统运行;第一工作模式为:保持气腔内的气压与外界气压相同;第二工作模式为:向第一气腔和/或第二气腔内补气,驱动活塞移动至对应的设定位置;停止补气并调整气腔的气压与外界气压相同;第三工作模式为:向第一气腔和/或第二气腔内补气,驱动活塞移动至对应的设定位置;保持第一气腔和第二气腔的气压状态。能避免高低挡切换完后同步器仍存在部分脱离换挡齿轮的换挡结合齿的风险。
