An electric auxiliary gear shifting transmission comprises: a flywheel shock absorber, an auxiliary motor, a speed regulation planetary gear set, a planet row front input shaft, a first input shaft, a second input shaft and at least one output shaft which are arranged between the transmission and an engine; a mechanical speed change system arranged between the input shaft and the output shaft; a first clutch used for controlling torque connection or interruption between the planet row front input shaft and the first input shaft; and a second clutch used for controlling torque connection or interruption between the planet row front input shaft and the second input shaft. The transmission has the advantages that the auxiliary functions of the speed regulation planetary gear set and the auxiliary motor are utilized, and the clutch is matched for cooperative wriggling, starting and gear shifting; and the problems that an existing transmission is low in transmission efficiency and too high in transmission oil temperature under the creeping and starting working conditions and the problems of power fluctuation, gear shifting impact, gear shifting jerking, low transmission efficiency during gear shifting, insufficient acceleration power in a low gear area and frequent gear shifting in a medium-high gear area during multi-gear speed changing and gear shifting are solved, and the reliability of the transmission is improved.
本发明一种电动辅助换挡变速器,包括设置在变速器与发动机间的飞轮减震器、辅助电机、调速行星齿轮组、行星排前输入轴、第一输入轴、第二输入轴和至少一根输出轴,设置在输入轴和输出轴间的机械变速系统;还包括控制行星排前输入轴与第一输入轴间扭矩连接或中断的第一离合器,控制行星排前输入轴与第二输入轴间扭矩连接或中断的第二离合器;其益处在于,利用调速行星齿轮组和辅助电机的辅助作用,配合离合器协同蠕动、起步和换挡,解决现有变速器在蠕动和起步工况时传动效率低和变速器油温过高的问题以及多挡变速换挡时的动力波动、换挡冲击、换挡顿挫、换挡时传动效率低、低挡位区加速动力不足和中高挡位区换挡频繁的问题,提高变速器的可靠性。
