The invention discloses a hybrid power gear shifting control method, which comprises the following steps of: receiving a gear shifting instruction, controlling a clutch to be disengaged, and simultaneously controlling a front-end motor to linearly and additionally output a reverse torque in the direction opposite to the torque of an engine; controlling the clutch to be completely disengaged to enter a transmission torque disappearing stage; recombining the clutch, outputting the torque to an input shaft so that the input shaft rotating speed is the same as the engine rotating speed; controlling the clutch to be disengaged again, so that the clutch restores to enter a transmission torque disappearing stage; and finally, controlling the clutch and a synchronizer to be combined in an existingmode. The rotating speed of the engine is controlled through torque change of the front-end motor to replace existing torque limiting closed-loop control over the rotating speed of the engine, and the impact feeling generated when gear shifting starts or ends is avoided; by controlling the speed difference between the rotating speed of the input shaft and the rotating speed of the engine to be reduced, the synchronizer can be engaged smoothly, the service life of the synchronizer can be greatly prolonged, or the synchronizer with lower cost can be adopted.

    本发明揭示了一种混合动力换挡控制方法,包括如下步骤:接收换挡指令,控制离合器开始脱开,同时控制前端电机线性增加地输出一个与发动机扭矩相反方向的反向扭矩;控制离合器完全脱开进入传递扭矩消失阶段;控制离合器重新结合,并向输入轴输出扭矩,使输入轴转速与发动机转速相同;控制离合器重新脱开,使其恢复进入传递扭矩消失阶段;最后再控制离合器和同步器按照现有方式结合。本发明通过前端电机扭矩变化控制发动机转速来代替现有的使用扭矩限制闭环控制发动机转速,解决换挡开始或者结束时的冲击感;通过控制输入轴转速与发动机转速之间的速差变小,使同步器挂挡顺畅,则可以大大提升同步器的使用寿命,或可采用成本更低的同步器。
