The invention provides a coordination control method without power interruption during gear shifting of a hub hydraulic hybrid power vehicle. The coordination control method aims at solving the problem of power interruption in the gear shifting process of a hub hydraulic hybrid power system. The control method comprises the following steps: S1, judging a gear-shifting power-interruption-free coordination control allowable working mode; s2, gear shifting unpowered interruption coordination control conditions are judged; s3, the torque compensation amount of a front axle hub hydraulic motor in the gear shifting process is calculated; and S4, calibrating a torque compensation variation amplitude limiting threshold value of the hub hydraulic motor. Based on the power ground coupling characteristic of the hub hydraulic hybrid power vehicle, the phenomenon of system power interruption in the middle shaft gearbox gear shifting process is effectively eliminated, the vehicle running power performance and smoothness are improved, meanwhile, hydraulic energy is further consumed in the vehicle running process, and the vehicle running efficiency is improved. And it is guaranteed that the high-pressure energy accumulator has more energy storage space for potential next-time braking recovery, the hub hydraulic hybrid power redundant drive characteristic is fully played, and the comprehensive quality of the hybrid power vehicle is improved.

    本发明提供了一种轮毂液压混合动力车辆换挡无动力中断协调控制方法,旨在克服轮毂液压混合动力系统换挡过程动力中断问题。所述控制方法包括以下步骤:S1、进行换挡无动力中断协调控制许用工作模式判断;S2、进行换挡无动力中断协调控制条件判断;S3、计算换挡过程前桥轮毂液压马达转矩补偿量;S4、标定轮毂液压马达转矩补偿变化量限幅阈值。本发明基于轮毂液压混合动力车辆动力地面耦合特性,有效消除中轴变速箱换挡过程系统动力中断现象,改善车辆行驶动力性、平顺性,同时在车辆行驶过程进一步消耗液压能量,保障高压蓄能器存在更多的储能空间以用于潜在的下一次制动回收,充分发挥轮毂液压混合动力冗余驱动特点,提高混合动力车辆综合品质。
