The invention discloses an underwater robot clamping device with multiple matching and adjusting structures. The width accompanying adjustment structure comprises a first motor, a gear shaft, a rack and a rotary fixing block; the clamping jaw accompanying adjusting structure comprises a second motor, a third motor, a fourth motor, a jaw tail, a jaw body, a jaw head, a first rotating shaft, a second rotating shaft and a third rotating shaft. Through the cooperative design of the movable guide structure and the grabbing structure, in the equipment using process, the reaction is quicker, the clamping jaw can be adjusted in multiple directions, the clamping jaw is tightly attached to a clamped object, and underwater clamping is facilitated.
