The invention belongs to the field of underwater robots, and in order to solve the problems that an underwater robot buoyancy adjusting device is complex in structure and poor in reliability, the invention provides an underwater robot bidirectional buoyancy adjusting device. The device comprises a driving device, a bidirectional gear pump, an electromagnetic valve and an inner oil cylinder systemthat are installed in a seal shell, and an outer oil bag installed in a water permeable housing. An output shaft of the driving device is connected to an input shaft of the bidirectional gear pump, and the driving device and the bidirectional gear pump are both arranged on an oil pump connecting flange; a first oil port of the bidirectional gear pump is connected to the inner oil cylinder system,and a second oil port of the bidirectional gear pump is connected to the outer oil bag through the electromagnetic valve. The device has the beneficial effects that: a direct-current motor directly drives the bidirectional gear pump to rotate forwards and backwards through a coupler to achieve expansion or contraction of the outer oil bag, then the buoyancy of the underwater robot is increased orreduced, and the whole device is simple in structure, stable, reliable and high in mechanical efficiency.

    本发明属于水下机器人领域,旨在解决水下机器人浮力调节装置结构复杂、可靠性差的问题,本发明提供了一种水下机器人双向浮力调节装置,包括安装于密封壳体内的驱动装置、双向齿轮泵、电磁阀和内油缸系统,及安装于透水外壳内的外油囊;驱动装置的输出轴与双向齿轮泵输入轴连接,且驱动装置、双向齿轮泵均装设于油泵连接法兰;双向齿轮泵的第一油口与内油缸系统连接,双向齿轮泵的第二油口通过电磁阀与外油囊连接。本发明的有益效果为:通过本发明的直流电机通过联轴器直驱双向齿轮泵正反转实现外油囊的扩张或收缩,进而增加或减少水下机器人的浮力,整个装置结构简单,稳定可靠、机械效率高。
