The underwater robot direction adjusting device comprises a driving module and combined rudders, the driving module comprises a first connecting end, a second connecting end, a third connecting end and a fourth connecting end, the first connecting end is connected with one combined rudder, the second connecting end is connected with the other combined rudder, and the driving module is used for driving the two combined rudders to synchronously swing in the same direction; when at least two underwater robot direction adjusting devices are connected, the third connecting end of the first underwater robot direction adjusting device is connected with the fourth connecting end of the second underwater robot direction adjusting device; and an included angle is formed between the axis of the first connecting end of the first underwater robot steering device and the axis of the first connecting end of the second underwater robot steering device. The expandability of the direction adjusting device of the underwater robot is improved, and the freedom degree of direction control of the underwater robot is improved.
