A wall climbing robot based on vacuum adsorption is characterized in that the wall climbing robot comprises a robot framework, a walking mechanism, a steering mechanism, an air pressure loop device, a control assembly and a sensor, the robot framework comprises an upper-layer base plate and a lower-layer base plate, and the walking mechanism is arranged on the upper-layer base plate and the lower-layer base plate; the device is composed of six suction cups, a lifting air cylinder and a push rod motor, the steering mechanism is mainly composed of a steering engine, and the air pressure loop device is composed of an air compressor, an air inlet pipe, a four-way connector, a vacuum generator, a vacuum electromagnetic valve and an air filter. The control assembly and the sensor comprise a control mainboard, an infrared sensor, a negative pressure sensor, a wireless transceiver, a battery and the like. The wall climbing robot is simple in structure, convenient to control and stable in movement, and can be used in the fields of high-altitude monitoring, sweeping, operation and the like.

    一种基于真空吸附的爬墙机器人,其特征在于,包括机器人骨架、行走机构、转向机构、气压回路装置、控制组件和传感器,所述机器人骨架包括上层基板和下层基板,所述行走机构设置于上层基板和下层基板上,由6个吸盘、提升气缸以及推杆电机构成,所述转向机构主要由舵机构成,所述的气压回路装置由空气压缩机、进气管、四通接头、真空发生器、真空电磁阀、空气过滤器构成,所述控制组件和传感器包括控制主板、红外传感器、负压传感器、无线发射接收器、电池等部件。本发明提供了一种结构简单,控制较为方便,移动稳定的爬墙机器人,可以用于高空监测、清扫、作业等领域。
