The invention provides a suspension chassis and a wheeled robot, and relates to the technical field of robotics.The suspension chassis comprises a chassis body, a shock absorber and a plurality of suspension assemblies arranged on the periphery of the chassis body at intervals, and the shock absorber is connected between any two adjacent suspension assemblies; the suspension assembly comprises a suspension frame, an upper swing arm and a lower swing arm, the suspension frame is used for being connected with wheels, one end of the upper swing arm is hinged to the side, away from the ground, of the suspension frame, the other end of the upper swing arm is hinged to the chassis body, one end of the lower swing arm is hinged to the side, facing the chassis body, of the suspension frame, and the other end of the lower swing arm is hinged to the chassis body. The other end of the shock absorber is hinged to the chassis body, the shock absorber comprises a spring, and the spring is connected between any two adjacent lower swing arms. Compared with the prior art, the large ground height difference can be overcome, and normal operation of the robot is guaranteed.
