The invention relates to a six-wheeled robot chassis and a robot applying the six-wheeled robot chassis. The six-wheeled robot chassis comprises a chassis body, a first side suspension device and a second side suspension device, wherein the first side suspension device and the second side suspension device are arranged on the chassis body at an interval and are respectively provided with three wheels; two wheels of each side suspension device are respectively arranged at two ends of a first lever; another wheel of each side suspension is also at least connected with the first lever through a second lever; one end of the second lever is articulated with the middle plane of the first lever; and the middle plane of the second lever is articulated with the chassis body. By use of correlation of each lever used for connecting the wheels, the chassis is capable of reducing vehicle vibration generated after a vehicle encounters obstruction in a driving process and improving the cross-country ability of the vehicle.
