The vertical baffle makes contact with the side wall of the goods shelf, so that the goods shelf applies thrust to the baffle, and the whole device is driven by the baffle to have the tendency of inclining with the electric wheel close to the front wall of the shell as the fulcrum; due to the fact that the robot is tightly fixed to the ground under the action of the suction cup, the shell does not incline, the baffle can be pulled through the shell, then the goods shelf is prevented from toppling over through the baffle, the moving speed of the robot can be greatly increased, the phenomenon that the goods shelf topples over is avoided when the robot runs at a high speed, and the service life of the goods shelf is prolonged. And the effect of improving the transportation efficiency of the robot is achieved.

    本发明涉及仓储物流技术领域,具体为一种搬运机器人,包括壳体、液压缸、支撑板和电动轮,所述液压缸竖直固定安装在壳体的内底壁上,且所述液压缸的输出端贯穿壳体的顶壁,所述支撑板水平固定安装在液压缸的输出端上。本发明通过竖起的挡板与货架侧壁接触,因此货架将对挡板施加推力,从而通过挡板带动整个装置具有以靠近壳体前壁的电动轮为支点发生倾斜的趋势;由于在吸盘的作用下机器人被紧紧地固定在地面,因此壳体不会发生歪斜,能够通过壳体来拉动挡板,然后通过挡板阻碍货架的倾倒,因此能够大幅度的提升机器人的移动速度,使机器人在高速运转时也不会发生货架倾倒的现象,起到了提高机器人运输效率的作用。
