The invention discloses an urban road traffic operation state evaluation method based on a toughness perspective. The method comprises the steps of constructing an urban road network topology model through employing an original method and a dual method based on an urban road network topology structure; on the basis of the urban road network topology model and floating car GPS data, generating key performance indexes of road toughness from a macroscopic-mesoscopic-microscopic level, constructing a dynamic topology network, exploring an internal mechanism of urban traffic congestion diffusion by using a seepage theory, and determining the minimum required performance of a road network; and in combination with a road toughness evolution curve, representing a road operation state by using road toughness loss at each moment in a time sequence, analyzing the evolution process of a traffic state from the perspective of a system, and identifying a critical threshold value of congestion diffusion. According to the invention, a traffic control department can carry out early warning and prevention and control work of a large-area traffic jam event, and large-area paralysis of urban traffic is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种基于韧性视角下的城市道路交通运行状态评价方法,包括如下步骤:基于城市道路网络拓扑结构,分别采用原始法和对偶法构建城市路网拓扑模型;基于城市路网拓扑模型和浮动车GPS数据,从“宏观‑中观‑微观”层面出发,生成道路韧性的关键性能指标,构建动态拓扑网络,利用渗流理论探究城市交通拥堵扩散的内在机理,确定路网最小要求性能;结合道路韧性演变曲线,用时间序列中每个时刻道路韧性的损失来表征道路运行状态,从系统的角度分析交通状态的演变过程,识别拥堵扩散的临界阈值。本发明有助于交管部门开展大面积交通拥堵事件的预警和防控工作,避免城市交通大面积瘫痪。
