The invention discloses an urban road network toughness weak point identification method, which comprises the following steps of: compiling a program for cleaning and screening video checkpoint data to obtain a traffic index corresponding to a road network, and crawling the running speed of a regional road network and basic information of a road section through an API (Application Program Interface) of an Gade map by using a web crawler; by constructing the road network degradation-recovery model, the degradation and recovery conditions of the road network performance can be effectively simulated; the method for quantitatively evaluating the road network toughness based on the interference situation is provided, a toughness index is provided in combination with road network efficiency and speed to effectively measure the recovery situation of discriminated road sections of a road network, and the importance degree of each road section is evaluated through an Iraw method; a passenger flow correction-based toughness evaluation model is provided, so that the relevance between the road sections and the whole road network and the importance degree of the road sections in the whole road network under the condition that the road sections are not interfered can be effectively measured; the importance degrees of the road sections can be ranked by integrating data obtained by the two models, so that the toughness weak points of the urban road network are identified.

    本发明公开了一种城市路网韧性薄弱点识别方法,编写了对视频卡口数据清洗和筛选的程序来获取路网对应的交通指标,同时运用网络爬虫通过高德地图的API接口爬取区域路网的运行速度和路段的基础信息;通过构建路网退化‑恢复模型可以有效模拟路网性能的退化和恢复的情形;提出一种基于干扰情形下对路网韧性量化评估的方法,结合路网效率与速度提出一种韧性指标能够有效衡量路网的判别路段的恢复情况,通过I_raw法对各个路段的重要度进行评估;提出基于客流修正的韧性评估模型,可以有效地衡量路段在不受干扰下段与整体路网的关联性和在整体路网中的重要程度;综合两个模型所得出的数据,可以对路段的重要度进行排序,从而识别城市路网的韧性薄弱点。
