The invention relates to an urban road network post-disaster recovery method and system considering traffic toughness, and the method comprises the steps: firstly abstracting an urban road network into a weighted undirected graph, and judging whether a road section is damaged or not according to the average driving speed of vehicles and the traffic flow; then, an optimal road network recovery model composed of an upper-layer optimization decision model and a lower-layer traffic distribution model is established, the upper-layer optimization decision model designs a target function with the maximum traffic toughness as a target, and the lower-layer traffic distribution model designs a target function with the minimum road network total travel time as a target; and finally, solving the upper-layer optimization decision model by using a discrete particle swarm algorithm to obtain a recovery strategy. And the recovery strategy is transmitted to the lower-layer traffic distribution model, the Frank-Wolfe algorithm is utilized to solve the lower-layer traffic distribution model to obtain the traffic flow and travel time of each road section, and the upper-layer model and the lower-layer model are solved in an alternate iteration solution mode to obtain the optimal recovery strategy. According to the method, the traffic toughness and the road network optimization and recovery problem are combined, so that managers can make accurate and optimal decisions, and the recovery capability of the urban road network is improved.

    本发明为一种考虑交通韧性的城市路网灾后恢复方法及系统,该方法首先将城市路网抽象为加权无向图,并根据车辆平均行驶速度和交通流量判断路段是否受损;然后,建立由上层优化决策模型和下层交通分配模型组成的最优路网恢复模型,上层优化决策模型以交通韧性最大为目标设计目标函数,下层交通分配模型以路网总出行时间最少为目标设计目标函数;最后,利用离散粒子群算法求解上层优化决策模型,得到恢复策略;将恢复策略传入下层交通分配模型,利用Frank‑Wolfe算法求解下层交通分配模型,得到各路段的交通流量和出行时间,通过交替迭代求解的方式对上、层模型进行求解,得到最优恢复策略。本发明将交通韧性与路网优化恢复问题相结合,有助于管理者做出准确、最优的决策,提高城市路网的恢复能力。
