The invention provides an urban road traffic network toughness evaluation method oriented to the influence of emergencies. The method comprises the following steps: collecting road traffic network GIS data and vehicle GPS trajectory data; a network topology structure is constructed through a Space L method, and matching of traffic state information and road network and topology information is achieved through a map matching algorithm; respectively calculating structural toughness and functional toughness indexes of the road traffic network, including node degree, betweenness centrality, compactness centrality and road section relative operation speed, and calculating an absolute toughness index of the network based on the indexes; calculating the relative running speed of the road section under the influence of the network topology structure, calculating the seepage threshold value of the road network under different connectivity levels by using the seepage theory, and taking the seepage threshold value as the relative toughness index of the network; and integrating the absolute toughness and the relative toughness index, and establishing a road traffic network toughness evaluation comprehensive index to evaluate the road network toughness.

    本发明提供了一种面向突发事件影响的城市道路交通网络韧性评估方法,该方法包括:收集道路交通网络GIS数据以及车辆GPS轨迹数据;通过Space L方法构造网络拓扑结构,利用地图匹配算法实现交通状态信息与路网与拓扑信息的匹配;分别计算道路交通网络的结构韧性以及功能韧性指标,包括节点度、介数中心性、紧密中心性以及路段相对运行速度,并基于此计算网络的绝对韧性指标;计算考虑网络拓扑结构影响下路段的相对运行速度,利用渗流理论计算路网在不同连通性水平下的渗流阈值,并以渗流阈值作为网络的相对韧性指标;综合绝对韧性以及相对韧性指标,建立道路交通网络韧性评估综合指标对路网韧性进行评估。
