The invention provides an urban traffic complex system risk assessment method under a tough perspective, which combines hazard source identification and risk assessment of an urban traffic complex, identifies potential hazard sources of subsystems of the urban traffic complex and screens out high-risk hazard sources. A corresponding assessment index system is established for a high-risk hazard source, a cloud model is introduced to carry out risk assessment under a toughness perspective, and a resistance-absorption-recovery assessment chain is adopted to comprehensively assess a system risk level. According to the method, the whole traffic system is considered, high-risk hazard sources are highlighted, quantification of risk uncertainty and fuzziness is realized, management personnel can conveniently find out potential safety hazards and take targeted measures, and reference is provided for risk assessment of an urban traffic complex system in the future.
本发明提供一种韧性视角下城市交通综合体系统风险评估方法,将城市交通综合体的危险源识别与风险评估相结合,对城市交通综合体各子系统潜在危险源进行了辨识并筛选出高风险危险源;针对高风险危险源建立相应的评估指标体系,引入云模型开展韧性视角下的风险评估,采用“抵抗‑吸收‑恢复”的评估链条来综合评估系统风险等级。本发明既兼顾交通系统整体又突出高风险危险源,实现了风险不确定性和模糊性的量化,便于管理人员找出安全隐患并采取针对性措施,为以后城市交通综合体系统风险评估提供参考。
