The robot body is provided with a polymer lithium battery, and the robot has the characteristics of being high in energy, small in size and light in weight; the lithium polymer battery has the ultra-thin characteristic; the polymer lithium battery provides electric energy for the robot body and the driving motor, one side of the robot body is provided with a power interface and a high-pressure water interface, the other side of the robot body is provided with the high-pressure water rotating nozzle, climbing at different angles can be achieved, the obstacle crossing ability of vertical faces, concave faces and negative angle positions is achieved, and therefore the robot can reach the highly complex terrain. All-directional and all-terrain high-pressure cleaning, spraying and detection are achieved.
