The main body control module comprises a main controller, and a visual system, a motion system and a battery compartment which are connected with the main controller, the dead fish recovery module comprises a slope plate transmission rod system, a sweeping wheel set, a water flow control system and a storage net cage system, and the slope plate transmission rod system is used for collecting and transmitting dead fishes attached to the bottom of a net cage. The dead fishes are transported to the storage net cage system through the sweeping wheel set and the water flow control system to be recycled; the robot is compact in structure and convenient to operate, is an underwater robot special for recovering the dead fishes in the deep sea net cage, can realize recovery of the dead fishes through shore control of technicians, and has higher practical application value and popularization prospect.
