The center distance between the two driven wheels of the robot body can be adjusted through the adjusting pieces and the compressed springs of the driven wheel assemblies, the driving wheel assembly on one side can be adjusted leftwards and rightwards, meanwhile, the driving wheel assembly is pushed to move leftwards and rightwards by screwing hexagon bolts of the fixing frame, and therefore the tightness degree of the driving wheel pressed on a rail web can be adjusted.
