The invention discloses a track inspection robot. The guiding mechanism and the bearing mechanism are both installed on the supporting plate frame, and the driving mechanism is installed on the supporting plate frame and in the upper portion of the inspection vehicle shell; the lifting screw rod mechanism is mounted in the lower part of the inspection vehicle shell, downwards penetrates out of the inspection vehicle shell and is connected with the monitoring mechanism; the track inspection robot is supported at the bottom of a pre-installed I-shaped steel track in a rolling mode through a bearing mechanism and inspects along the I-shaped steel track through a driving mechanism and a guiding mechanism. The I-shaped steel track is arranged above a to-be-inspected line, and the monitoring mechanism is used for monitoring the to-be-inspected line below the I-shaped steel track. The track inspection robot is stable and safe in structure and has the characteristics of high precision and high compressive strength; when safety inspection is assisted, image processing and indoor positioning technologies can be used for executing real-time periodic monitoring of mechanical equipment and the surrounding environment in a few or unmanned environment, and fault recognition and analysis are carried out, so that stable operation of the equipment is ensured.

    本发明公开了一种轨道巡检机器人。支撑板架、导向机构和承重机构均安装在支撑板架上,驱动机构安装在支撑板架上和巡检车壳体上部内;升降丝杆机构安装在巡检车壳体下部内,升降丝杆机构向下穿出巡检车壳体并连接监测机构;轨道巡检机器人通过承重机构滚动支撑在预先安装的工字钢轨道底部上,并通过驱动机构和导向机构沿工字钢轨道巡检;工字钢轨道布置安装在待巡检线路的上方,监测机构用于监测下方的待巡检线路。本发明轨道巡检机器人结构稳定安全,具有高精度和高抗压强度的特点;在协助进行安全巡检时,可以使用图像处理和室内定位技术在很少或无人环境下执行机械设备及周围环境的实时周期监控,并进行故障识别和分析,保证设备的平稳运行。
