The invention relates to a cable pipe gallery ponding environment accurate navigation intelligent inspection robot and belongs to the technical field of intelligent robots. The robot is characterizedin that electric omni-directional wheels are arranged on two sides of the bottom of a cabin body, a USBL positioning system and a navigation module are arranged in the cabin body, a pulse generator/receiver, a high-definition camera, the electric omni-directional wheels and the USBL positioning system are all connected with a PLC, the PLC is connected with a ground teleoperation control center through an umbilical cable, and the ground teleoperation control center is provided with a GPS; the navigation module is composed of a plurality of sensors, a plurality of analog-to-digital conversion units and a communication interface, the sensors are connected with the PLC and the communication interface respectively, and the sensors comprise a three-axis gyroscope, an attitude sensor, a three-axis accelerometer, a temperature and humidity sensor and a depth sensor. The robot is used for improving inspection and hidden danger checking efficiency of the cable pipe gallery in the ponding environment.
