The embodiment of the invention relates to the technical field of automatic control, and discloses an automatic crown block and an automatic control system and method. The automatic crown block comprises a crown block body and magnets; and the magnets are mounted at at least one end of the crown block body. According to the automatic crown block and the automatic control system and method providedby the embodiment, damage caused by collision of the crown blocks can be avoided, and waste of maintenance time and maintenance cost caused by damage of the automatic crown block is avoided.
