The invention relates to the technical field of crown block control, in particular to a crown block anti-collision automatic control method and system, and the method comprises the steps: collecting the operation data of each crown block in historical operation, calculating the swing distance of a load at the lower part of the crown block, and judging whether the operation state of a crown block braking system is abnormal or not; in response to the abnormal running state of the crown block braking system, the crown block stops running, and on the contrary, a preset neural network model is trained according to the running data during braking and the maximum swing distance to obtain a swing distance model; and inputting crown block operation data collected in real time into the swing distance model, calculating distance deviation during real-time braking, constructing and updating a loss function to obtain predicted maximum swing distances, adding the predicted maximum swing distances of two adjacent operating crown blocks as a reserved distance, and controlling the crown blocks to operate. The updating loss function of the swing distance model is continuously updated through the distance deviation, and the accuracy of model prediction is improved.

    本发明涉及天车控制技术领域,更具体地,本发明涉及一种天车防碰撞自动控制方法及系统,方法包括:采集历史运行的各天车的运行数据,计算天车下部载物的摆动距离,并判断天车制动系统的运行状态是否异常,响应于天车制动系统运行状态异常,则天车停止运行,反之,根据制动时运行数据和最大摆动距离训练预设神经网络模型,得到摆动距离模型;将实时采集的天车运行数据输入到摆动距离模型中,计算实时制动时的距离偏差,并构建更新损失函数,得到预测的最大摆动距离,将相邻运行的两个天车预测的最大摆动距离相加作为预留距离,并控制天车运行。本发明通过距离偏差不断更新摆动距离模型的更新损失函数,有利于提高模型预测的准确性。
