The invention discloses an automatic crown block control system. The automatic crown block control system comprises two rails which are positioned on the same horizontal plane and are arranged in parallel, a main vehicle is arranged between the two rails, two ends of the main vehicle can synchronously walk on the corresponding rails, a trolley which can automatically walk in the length direction of the main vehicle is arranged on the lower surface of the main vehicle, and an electric telescopic hook structure is arranged on the trolley; and the automatic crown block control system further comprises a control unit and a position input unit, the control unit is used for controlling the main vehicle, the trolley and the hook structure to work, and the position input unit is used for inputtingthe coordinate position of each device and forming a lifting safe operation area. The automatic crown block control system overcomes the defects of the prior art, can accurately perform lifting, avoids manual operation errors and avoids potential safety hazards.

    本发明公开了一种天车自动控制系统,该天车自动控制系统包括:位于同一水平面上且平行设置的两条轨道,两条轨道之间设置有主车,主车的两端能够位于对应的轨道上同步行走,主车的下表面设置有能够沿其长度方向自行走的小车,小车上设置有电动伸缩的挂钩结构;天车自动控制系统还包括控制单元和位置输入单元,控制单元用于控制主车、小车和挂钩结构工作,位置输入单元用于输入各设备的坐标位置,并形成吊运安全运行区域。该天车自动控制系统克服了现有技术的缺点,可以准确吊运,避免人为操作失误,杜绝安全隐患出现。
