The invention discloses an unmanned crown block automatic control system which comprises a sensing decision-making system and a bottom layer control system. The sensing decision-making system comprises an unmanned controller, and a UWB range finding assembly, an encoder range finding assembly and a laser assembly which are electrically connected with the unmanned controller. The UWB range findingassembly and the encoder range finding assembly are used for determining the positions of a trolley, a cart and a lifting hook, the laser assembly is used for sensing the surrounding environment of acrown block, and the unmanned controller carries out path planning according to information of the UWB range finding assembly, the encoder range finding assembly and the laser assembly and sends a planning instruction to the bottom layer control system. The bottom layer control system comprises a PLC, a functional assembly and a remote control assembly, the functional assembly and the remote control assembly are electrically connected with the PLC, the functional assembly is used for completing motion control over the crown block, and the remote control assembly is used for remotely controlling the crown block. The system can automatically control the crown block to operate, the working efficiency of the crown block is improved, and the labor cost is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种无人天车自动控制系统,包括:感知决策系统、底层控制系统。所述感知决策系统包括无人驾驶控制器,以及与无人驾驶控制器电连接的UWB测距组件、编码器测距组件、激光组件。所述UWB测距组件和编码器测距组件用于确定小车、大车和吊钩的位置,所述激光组件用于感知天车周围环境,所述无人驾驶控制器根据UWB测距组件、编码器测距组件、激光组件的信息进行路径规划,并将规划指令发送给底层控制系统。所述底层控制系统包括PLC控制器,以及与PLC控制器电连接的功能组件、遥控组件,所述功能组件用于完成天车的运动控制,遥控组件用于对天车进行遥控控制。本系统可以自动控制天车运行,提高了天车的工作效率,降低了人工成本。
