The support hardware comprises a portable device; pre-stored image information and a voice instruction library are stored in the data server; the support hardware and the data server are connected with the controller; the controller can compare acquired image information with pre-stored image information, realize authentication login through an identity authentication login interface, convert acquired voice information into voice text information and display the voice text information on an instruction display interface, and compare the voice text information with a voice instruction library after a confirmation instruction is acquired. Obtaining a corresponding instruction code; afterwards, the instruction code can be sent to the intelligent unmanned crown block. Therefore, not only can the safety risk caused by misoperation of personnel be reduced, but also the working space of operators can be extended, the operation mode of the intelligent unmanned crown block can be improved, and the operation of the intelligent unmanned crown block is safer, quicker and simpler.
