According to the crown block control method and system and the crown block, a tilt angle sensor is arranged on a grabbing assembly, and a plurality of rollers of a lifting assembly are driven by independent driving motors respectively, so that when a transverse moving mechanism enables the lifting assembly to stretch out, the tilt angle of the grabbing assembly can be detected through the tilt angle sensor; therefore, the position error of the grabbing assembly can be determined according to the inclination angle, extension position compensation is carried out through the transverse moving mechanism, the horizontal position of the grabbing assembly can be more accurate, meanwhile, the grabbing assembly can be adjusted to be in the horizontal state through the multiple winding drums, and the working efficiency is improved. Therefore, the grabbing assembly can be in butt joint with the front-open type wafer conveying box on the machine table more accurately, or it can be guaranteed that the front-open type wafer conveying box grabbed by the grabbing assembly is kept in a horizontal state, the front-open type wafer conveying box can be in butt joint with the machine table better, and the material taking and placing accuracy is improved.

    本发明揭示了天车控制方法、系统及天车,本发明在抓取组件上设置倾角传感器,并使升降组件的多个辊筒分别由独立的驱动电机驱动,因此,在横移机构使升降组件伸出时,可以通过倾角传感器检测所述抓取组件的倾角,进而可以根据倾角确定出抓取组件的位置误差并通过横移机构进行伸出位置补偿,从而可以使抓取组件的水平位置更准确,同时,可以通过多个卷筒来使抓取组件调整到水平状态,从而使得抓取组件能够更准确地与机台上的前开式晶圆传送盒对接,或者能够保证抓取组件抓取的前开式晶圆传送盒保持水平状态,以便于使前开式晶圆传送盒更好地与机台对接,改善了取放料的准确性。
